REALTOR APPRECIATION SHOUTOUT: It would be a disservice if I did not take the time to share my experience with Angela. Hope this review reaches someone looking for amazing representation. I initially describe Angela like the prettiest shark in the dress, because of how she represented and negotiated for my family. To be more accurate, she was more like a Swann, gracefully gliding, as she WORKED HARD behind the scenes to make sure that my family got our home we wanted, at the price we wanted, while being hands-off the messiness of the negotiation process. Working with her was really a luxury experience that goes beyond the monetary value of a house. She let you know that when she represents you, you are her family, and she looks out for family. She is direct with her words, always available, and when things get tough, she goes into mama-bear-mode and protects her clients. She served as our voice, our eyes and our decision maker because proved to be trust worthy. I say this without taking anything away from my other realtor friends; she is someone you want in your corner. Angela is just an awesome human being.

Phillip was very understanding and passionate with his work. My wife and I had a limited time to purchase a property in areas that we had never visited. He showed us houses from Bradenton to Venice beach. He was very patient with us in our search for our house. He only wanted to make sure that we found a house that we loved. When he was out of town, he introduced us to Wayne who helped us in his absence. The two of them were awesome and we would highly recommend them!

I met Angela while on a tour of a community with another realtor. I saw Angela in action with her clients and knew instantly I wanted her to represent us. I ran up to her in the driveway and asked for her card and emailed her the following day and switched realtors immediately. From day one, Angela has advocated for us throughout our real estate transaction. Being from out of state, we did not understand logistics as well as the process of purchasing in a community and Angela helped to ease the process by answering many questions and providing us with valuable information. My husband and I had difficulties from the start with the community sales agent, as well as the builder with delays, communication issues and misrepresentations. Angela’s confidence, knowledge, expertise and consistency kept this company accountable at every turn. Throughout the process, we were pleasantly surprised by Angela’s photos and videos of the construction process and text messages regarding the progress of our home. An important thing to mention is that we had an untimely delay of our closing as well as many construction issues towards the end, but Angela went out of her way to address not only the construction problems, but the administrative problems caused by the developer. Angela’s knowledge and professionalism kept us calm and confident while she tackled our concerns effectively and efficiently. We love Angela and I consider her not only as our realtor but now as a friend. Debbie was wonderful in every possible way. She found the perfect condo for my needs. She was present for the inspection. She made sure all the necessary documents were signed before closing.
