Abby definitely spoiled us with how on top of things she was during our home hunting and then all the things afterwards!! We weren’t sure about using a friend for business but dang are we glad we did…I don’t think anyone else would have taken as good care of us or gone to the extent she did! We were out of state for the majority of our process and she was always quick to respond or same day FaceTimed us at houses that we liked. I found Jomara from the Trulia site. She called me when I inquired about a condo I wanted information about. I’m so glad she’s the one who called. She was wonderful from first phone call. She did FaceTime showings for me since I live out of town. She went to and provided a couple different addresses so I could get a good comparison. She provided all of the details for both properties. She worked with me to insure I was getting as much information to make an informed decision as possible. I put in an offer without having seen the property in person, but trusted her to tell me and represent my interests 100%. We came down to inspect the property and also to meet with Jomara, who again was wonderful in person as on the phone. She followed through all the way, provided all of the documentation, found me a great insurance company, found me the title agent, who were wonderful, she went above and beyond. I had spoken to three realtors before her and not one of them did what she offered to do and did do for me, for us. I love her! And I will definitely use her again next time I’m looking for property in the Sarasota Bradenton area. I did purchase in Bradenton and that was all that is to her. You won’t be disappointed.
