It was very difficult to get this property, for whatever rule Fannie Mae has concerning foreclosure. Chris Still never gave up and the end result was we are proud owners of that same property today. We were from out of state wanting to move to the Southeast. Augusta was one of the places we chose to look at for real estate. Lili showed us several houses and took time to drive us wherever we found a listing that looked interesting. It wasn't until moving here that I realized what a large area we had covered. She was very professional and friendly and we enjoyed the experience. We ended up buying one of the houses she showed us and she followed through to closing in the same professional manner. Lili took the time to deal with us during an intensive house-hunting trip. We had such a short period of time and didn't really know what we wanted (we ended up with a house 20% larger than our "absolutely" top size), so she really had to dedicate her time to us in the midst of a busy time.
