The reason my wife and I are in the ideal home we were searching for is due to our Realtor, Keith Liescheski. A little more than a year before we purchased our current home, back when we were still living in Florida, my wife started looking for available homes for sale on the Internet. She came across Keith’s contact information and spoke with him at length explaining our plans to sell our home in Florida and moved to North Georgia near Atlanta. Keith was very caring and understanding. He took the time to listen as we described the type of home we were looking for, a brick single family ranch home, and where we wanted to live, a quiet off the beaten path neighborhood, but still near to supermarkets and shopping areas. And when we found our ideal home, Keith walked us through every step of the process, including dealing directly with our mortgage lender to provide the necessary information they needed to finalize and approve our mortgage application.
