J.C. Vina has served the real estate needs of Georgia and Florida since 2011. Born and raised in Miami, he discovered his passion for real estate at only 18, while earning an international business and finance degree at Florida International University. After obtaining his license, J.C. quickly became the youngest top producer in his previous brokerage by assisting clients within his demographic with renting, buying, and selling their homes.
J.C. uses a client-first approach to sales, and he works hard to ensure that his clients are fully satisfied with their experience. His Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification allows him to further meet the needs of clients who might be in a difficult financial situation. In 2019, he was an instrumental part of being voted “Best Team” by Agent Magazine for his sales efforts.
Along with his knowledge and expertise in the Georgia market, J.C. prides himself on being ahead of the pack when it comes to innovations in marketing his clients’ homes. He also brings unparalleled energy and focus to every property while ensuring his clients are informed throughout the process.
J.C. resides in Woodstock with his wife and son, and they are active in their local neighborhood. In his free time, he is an avid rock climber and mountain biker, and the entire family enjoys traveling the world.
