With 60 years of combined experience, brokers Donna Mercier, Chris Foss and Donielle Foss Crimmins have turned residential real estate into a family affair. Professional, responsive and knows the market

Excellent Job

We live in Florida. I am a real estate agent. We gave, Chris Foss and team a listing on a property badly damaged by a tenant who was in a wheelchair. It needed to be gutted and repaired. He handled everything and then put it on the market at a higher price to cover those expenses. The condo looked beautiful and it sold in a few days. Everything went smoothly from beginnin to end. The transaction was handled in a very professional way. My husband and I highly recommend Chris Foss.

Excellent experience with a seasoned realtor

The MercFoss Team is outstanding

This is a well oiled machine providing 24/7 service. We purchased our dream home in 2020 & sold our home in 2021, after being on the market 2 weeks, using the MercFoss Team. Although Donna has a wealth of experience guiding us threw every step in the process of selling & buying our dream home, Donielle & Chris are vital integral members of the team. Donielle has endless patience & creativity in finding homes & showing us homes that meet our needs & interests.
