Maria recently helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home. Her service was amazing from the house hunting process through and even after the close. Maria is very knowledgeable about the St. Pete area and she was always equipped with up to date information about the local housing market. She found the perfect house for us and gave us great advice on how to make an offer. Once we were under contract for our house we ran into a few minor delays with repair work, appraisers and loan officers. Maria went above and beyond our expectations by coordinating with everyone involved and always keeping everyone on the same page. She was available to talk and answer questions at all hours and helped us navigate the sometimes stressful home buying process with great patience and optimism. It was a very difficult deal including repairs needed on the house, first time buyers, the most conservative lender ever, etc..
