Eric helped me at every step until the closing was complete.
Selling my home was complex, involving my husband's estate, a reverse mortgage, and my absence. There were many roadblocks that Eric Sigismondi helped me navigate to successful conclusions. Eric offered spot-on pricing advice due to his thorough knowledge of real estate. For instance, I needed minor repairs for safety concerns. Eric found the right carpenter who also went above and beyond, suggesting complete, simple, and inexpensive solutions. Eric was responsive whether the issue was time sensitive or emotionally difficult for me. That means a lot to me. It was a very smooth experience with Maeyen! Any concern I had or any forms I had to fill out Maeyen would always be one step ahead, notifying me that it had been done before I even brought it up. She was also very helpful outside of the direct buying process, helping set up potential repairs needed, inspector advice, and much more. I would highly recommend working with her!

Found our perfect home with Eric
We started looking for our perfect home since early 2021, and Eric has showed us every single house since we started this home buying process. We are so grateful for Eric’s patience with us, because we were very particular with what we wanted in a house. It took us a long time to find what we really wanted, but Eric was there to provide guidance and assistance all the way through. Being first-time buyers was a daunting experience, but having a great agent like Eric made the experience less intimidating because he is extremely knowledgeable and was there to answer all of the questions we had.
