•Scott Rogers lived up to his reputation as an excellent realtor. We were looking for an intergenerational house with 2 master bedrooms and 2 full kitchens in a particular county school district and proximal to Harrisonburg city and Generations Crossing daycare. Finding it on a dead end street with lots of elementary school aged children and a fenced yard for kids and dogs was also on our wish list. With Scott's help, we found a "unicorn." After finding it, Scott guided us through the bidding process, aided in finding inspectors, and kept us focused on getting important aspects such as need for a new roof addressed by the sellers. After the closing, Scott continued to be available for suggesting good painters and other workers to complete important tasks to get ready to move in.
