10/10 Excellent and very informative

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10

Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable when it comes to real estate

Barbara shaw was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to selling my house. She stayed on top of getting everything set up and in place and made it very easy with the transition. She also has great communication skills and very easy to get ahold of if a answer to a question needs to be attained and also gets back with you on things in a quick, timely manner. I would highly recommend and would use her again.

I have worked with Bill for many years He is the kindest person you would ever want to meet

I have worked with Bill for many years He is the kindest person you would ever want to meet. He is hard working and knowledgeable and was always available. He helped me sell my marital home and worked through the delicate process of my divorce. He helped us to maximize the amount of money we got for the house as well. Bill then helped me on my journey to buy a new home. He made the process really easy and understandable to me and communicated with me every step of the way. He did a spectacular job joining me on the walkthrough of the new house and caught many things that I had missed. He is a wonderful realtor and a wonderful person. I highly recommend Bill to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. His experience and expertise are invaluable!
