The best experience I've ever had in both selling and buying a home. I can't say enough about their knowledge, included services, marketing skills, and negotiating abilities. We had a lot of uncertainty and several curve balls thrown our way, yet they helped us navigate them calmly and efficiently. We had difficulty with our mortgage: they found us another source. We had our first buyer drop out: they found a new one in less than a week for MORE money. We are now living in our dream home!

Dave Arneson is an excellent realtor for many reasons. He knows the area I was selling in very well. He is extremely patient and calm, and handled various challenges that came up through out the process of selling my Dad's older house. He really went the extra mile for me by communicating on my behalf with the various parties I had hired to complete renovations on the house. He worked very hard to net my Dad the most $$. Dave is also a CPA and really saved me a lot of trouble by helping with my Dad's trust/will issues. I would absolutely recommend Dave to anyone looking to sell. If I ever need a realtor again I would want Dave on board!

GREAT REALTOR - VETERAN FRIENDLY My wife and I are probably some of the pickiest people when it comes to realtors. In our house search that just ended, we fired four realtors. The reasons were mostly pretty simple - they were either incompetent or didn't do what we wanted (within reason). My house search had lasted 2 1/2 years, mainly because I wanted to stay in Martinez. There were two choices - buy an old house and fix it up or try to buy a fixed up house and watch it go out of our price range. You may have heard the saying - It's better to be in a bad deal with good people than a good deal with bad people. Dave Arneson was one of the good people in a bad deal. Dave was absolutely incredible. His work ethic combined with his knowledge of the Martinez market was much better than the realtors who live here. He even helped get a lower price than the original asking price, which is unheard of in Martinez. As a retired Navy veteran, I can't say enough about Dave's Homes for Heroes program. Between the savings from that and the savings from using the builder's lender, it totally paid for my closing costs. I would most highly recommend Dave to anyone, especially veterans, who he has a real affinity for.
