Kris and Dave are an amazing team! They are so knowledgeable and experienced within the industry, it really helped to have their perspective on such an important decision, especially for first time home buyers like us. I am so lucky to have found Mareijke Weidemann! She is so friendly and easy to talk to about any concerns or questions. I love that she's honest and super knowledgeable, especially in the HOA aspect. She saved me from a possible bad decision that would likely put me in future debt. I was too eager but she helped me slow down and assured me that something better would come along and it did! I highly recommend Mareijke for any real estate needs. As a first time home buyer, i didnt know the in and outs of home buying. I was too confused, scared and hesitant but my agent took great lengths to make sure i was taken care of and i avoid any issues. Before i found her, i was paired up with another agent from another company whose interest was to get me to overbid on something i wasn’t comfortable with and bombarded me with info that was too advanced for my small real estate knowledge. Mareijke explained every important detail in language that i could easily understand and even found an important info that had helped me in the end.
