Marti is an exceptional property manager and realtor. Having personal experience in the property management world myself, Marti exemplifies all of the qualities you would want your property manager to have. She’s proactive, accessible, and cares for your property as if it were her own. On the sales side, she’s just as wonderful. We were out of town owners selling our condo in Orlando. Within days of our listing hitting the market, we had 9 offers with several of those being above ask price. She worked with us to understand the details and contingencies of each offer in order to make sure we were accepting the offer that was best for us. She communicated clearly with the buyer’s agent, lenders, current tenants, appraiser, and inspector and was an all around pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Marti if you’re looking for someone to have your back in this real estate market.

I have known Marti for a few years, as she manages my rental properties as well as acts as my realtor for the purchase of my properties. Due to her market knowledge, she steered me to a very profitable new neighborhood in Orlando when I was looking to buy 5 years ago. All of those properties have proven easy to rent and increased in value considerably. Marti has been in the Orlando area for many years and understands the markets of the various neighborhoods. She is also an excellent property manager and has made my life very easy as a landlord. She rents the properties within a few days, and has the contacts to quickly and efficiently take care of repairs and remodels. She also helped me recently purchase my new home in the exact neighborhood that I wanted, while taking care of all of the closing inspections for me remotely. She is a consummate professional, and also a friend.

Excellent experience working with Jonathan on the sale of our home. He kept us updated throughout the process and exceeded any and all of our needs. One of the best things about the experience was Jonathan making sure our needs were met regarding showings, inspections, etc as I work from home and cannot have interruptions during that time. In a world of houses with many evil realtors out there trying to only cash in for themselves there is one Super Hero there to protext his clients and that is Super Jonathan. Working with Jonothan is like having a jedi with his knowledge of the market, Tony Starkfor his wizardry of gadets and explinations and Constant contact, Captain America for his honesty and loyalty. If i ever sell another house it will be with jonathan and will never stop recommending him and his hard work. Dont fall into a villians trap just go with the ultimate avenger of house selling.

I can’t tell you how wonderful it was having Jonathan as our real estate agent. Since we are from out of town, he totally went above & beyond during the time we were there getting the property ready to sell. He brought over some tools & cleaners & even snacks! After leaving, he continued to get the place ready, by hiring cleaning & power washing people & being there to oversee everything, so it was perfect. The distant paperwork was easy as we moved forward with the sale of the property. You couldn’t ask for anyone more knowledgeable & helpful. Jonathan is the best!
