My working with Seth Smith was Awesome. Seth helped me with selling my deceased Brothers house while I lived in another State and never visited this house. Seth provided all the contacts to help empty the house and the disposal of contents. Seth also provided contact information for painters and rug installers at a very reasonable price. There were many obstacles that came up trying to sell a home out of State. Seth handled all with such graciousness and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Seth Smith for all your Real Estate needs. I only wish that he lived in my State.

Seth nailed the list pricing, and went on to provide spectacular assistance. I was selling in Florida and live in Pennsylvania. Seth checked on the property after each storm, arranged for cleaning crew to come in. In general, he treated me like family! You could not select another agent who would do a better job, in my opinion!

Seth was amazing in helping me purchase my retirement home. As a first time home buyer I had many concerns and questions as I didnt understand the process. Seth was patient and provided valuable info and insights when questions arose. He responded fast to info i needed and when time was of the essence. Being a long distance purchaser, Seth did the things for me I could not do being so far away. He went to houses and took pics and videos, he went to inspections, he did my walk thru for me. I could not have made this purchase without him. I so appreciate his help in every step. Seth did a wonderful job keeping me and my lawyer up to date on the sale of Cindy's house. Seth had not done a sale involving a LEGAL GUARDIANSHIP before. Seth and I were able to maneuver through the added legal requirements and got a great price on the house. Seth kept me updated on what was going on and what needed to be done to get the house ready for showing. I would recommend him to future clients. He is professional, knowledgeable, and was very quick replying back to my calls or text.

I totally lucked out to have met Salima Taylor for my first house purchase! She handled every challenge and unpredictable situation with urgency, efficiency, and high professionalism. She picks up my calls right away even on weekends and late nights. Being my first time purchasing a house with little experience, I was a nervous wreck sometimes, but Salima always calmed me down and had the most thoughtful advice for every concern and question I had. She is now also helping my mother with the purchase of her house and we see her as family friend because she is so considerate of our needs and gives us recommendations we never even thought of for ourselves.
