Emilie was easily relatable and the most understanding realtor I’ve ever worked with! She gave her advice and suggestions only AFTER she asked for permission to do so which was extremely respectful of her and I love that! Emilie made sure my closing went as smooth as possible! She ensured that all task were completed to have a smooth sailing process. Her connections with other listing agents and loan officers made the process easy! In my case we were able to find a house within a week that fit all of our wants and needs! We got an approval letter within days, and submitted an offer I want to say 2 days after finding the right home! We were able to close sooner than the anticipated closing date which our dreams a reality that much quicker! I love Emilie and the hard work she provided for us and I can’t recommend her enough to family and friends!

Debra was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and was able to expertly guide us through the buying process. No matter what day or time if we had a question she answered immediately and worked to get us an answer as quickly as possible. She is a true professional and the buying process was as it should be a fun experience. She never complained about traveling all over the place to show us houses in different cities until we settled down to the area we liked. We would hire her again and highly recommend Debra.

We hired Deb to sell our home and find a new one. Her intelligence, experience and attention to detail made our selling and buying process a seamless one. We had a difficult buyer with an inexperienced agent and Deb worked with them to get us a successful sale. Our purchase of our new home was so easy. No matter what we asked she got the information in a timely manner. She was available to us whenever we needed her. We could not have been happier.
