Best Realtor In The St George Area!
Working with Chantel was truly an eye-opening experience. As a real estate agent myself, buying in another state gave me the chance to see what it feels like to be on the other side - and she set the bar incredibly high. She was extremely attentive, fought hard for us during negotiations, and her attention to detail was second to none. Even after closing, she continued to check in and offer help in any way she could. Knowing my daughter is there for school, it gives me peace of mind to know I could always call on her for an extra set of hands if needed. I can’t recommend her enough!

Perfect in every way
My move to St. George presented a number of challenges, all of which Chantel handled beautifully. First, I moved cross country (from Alexandria, VA), so I had to rely on Chantel to keep me posted on listings, locations, and changes almost daily. Second, I had lived in my previous house for 40 years, so I was totally unfamiliar with most of the financial and legal requirements for purchasing a new house in a different state. She walked me through all of that with tremendous knowledge, and more than a little patience. Finally, once I was in my new house, she a great resource of information for the services I needed to get my new life in St. George off to the perfect start. Chantel is the ONE person in St. George you need if you are buying or selling your house. Look no further.
