I will start by saying I will only use Marialise for all my of my home purchasing needs as long as she is in Real Estate. Marialise helped my business partner and I purchase our first investment property. Since the process of buying an investment property is a little different than a primary residence purchase, Marialise was always urgent in answering any questions and solving any issues we had throughout the process. Marialise always made herself available for showings and came prepared with information on the property we were viewing.
