•If it wasn't for Gwen, we would not have our home! She was amazing throughout the whole process, and really went above and beyond. She was very receptive and really listening to the things that we wanted, needed, and were not interested in for a home. Gwen was proactive in sending us information and options, often went to see homes to see if they would be viable options to share with us, had conversations with other agents to get additional information, and just generally lent her considerable expertise to the process. I recommend Gwen to anyone who is looking for a home without hesitation!
In 1988, I bought my first home in San Leandro working with Gary Marciel. Through the years we've been in touch from time to time...he was always available for any R.E. ?'s I had, and always willing to help. 34 yrs. later, it's time to sell my house and of course, I called Gary. He made the selling process as easy for me as it could be... with constant communication & keeping me updated on everything. His knowledge of the R.E. market in this area is amazing- he has helped many people buy & sell homes in my neighborhood for years. Selling your home (or buying one) can be hectic & exhausting...Gary's calm & friendly demeanor always seemed to make the process much easier. Since I'm leaving the area, I regret that I may not have the opportunity to work with Gary again. If I could, I certainly would. He worked hard for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Gary Marciel to anyone buying or selling a home. I can't imagine anyone else being better at what Gary does for his clients. Not just honest, efficient & knowledgeable... he's a great guy...
