I was so thankful to have Luisa working for us to sell my sister’s home in Florida. My brother-in-law had passed away, and my disabled sister was moving to an assisted living facility in upstate NY. It was a time of turmoil, and she was medically unable to travel to Fla. for the sale. Knowing this, Luisa arranged everything, from having the home cleaned out and items donated, to finding a title paper that my sister didn’t have. She even found a bag of old photos and returned them to my sister, knowing those would be irreplaceable.  She was in continual contact and got the reasonable price my sister expected for the sale of her home.
