Rob's best qualities are his ability to listen to the needs of the seller and his honesty in all aspects of the sale. One of Rob's first questions after seeing the house was "What's your utmost need right now? Money or time?" He listened to my rather long winded explanation of my concerns, got me through the different ideas, and once we were set, he never faltered in answering my questions, anticipating my concerns, keeping the information flowing, and always asking how I was doing and what I needed.
