Jim and his team are incredible! Looking for an agent in Florida while living in Tennessee was daunting. But sis knowledge of the STR market and the Central Florida area and excellent communication were truly invaluable in my search. We were able to hyper focus on specific communities and even specific areas of those communities, which streamlined the entire process. From the first call through closing, he earned 5 stars. But an issue arose after closing, and not only did he jump into action but he told me he wasn't a "...get you to closing agent." That he was there for me with whatever I needed and he was.
