Many times I listed and got cold feet and pulled it off the Market, and she never bugged me, and let it go, until I finally did it. I listed it and she sold it and she was there every step of the way. This was during Christmas time, she kept the people coming and looking and I could only sell the Property Conventional. she found the buyer and the rest is History. I highly recommend her for your listing and or selling of your property. She is knowledgeable and very well liked by all the Title Companies. She knows her Craft and is positively there for her Clients, such as " I". If you don't hire her, you are missing a great person to take care of all your needs in selling or buying.
