My wife and I were fed up with our old house. I gave Joss a call and he came over the very next day. And broke it down step by step on what we needed to do. Within a matter of days we were moving out and hitting the key points on repairs to list the house. In that time frame we found our dream home, Joss moved mountains and went above and beyond to get our old house listed and our foot in the door with the new. Joss worked around the clock making sure we had everything in order and all documents were correct. He kept my wife and I up to speed with the entire process, and made sure we understood what was going on. Which was a lengthy one due to the new property being an auction. Joss kept the entire process fun and exciting. He was very straight forward and professional. Thanks to him we now live in our dream home! I cannot thank Joss enough for his hard work. If you ever need to buy a house or sell your house, I really recommend you joss he’s really friendly. He will communicate with you. He would make sure everything goes well for you and you have any questions he replies to you right away but he’s one of the best persons I have ever bought a house or purchase anything in my life actually recommend him.
