Joss was a tremendous help in me finding my first home. After being in Twin Falls for a year I went to the rental company to see about finding a realtor. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Joss was more than happy to help every step of the way. Any time day or night I had a question it would be answered, even what I felt to be the dumb ones. When I move on I’ll be looking to sell with him in the future.

Joss responded to an email I sent to Lezamiz from California. I had moved down there temporarily, to help with the care of my dying Father. I told them that I would be returning after my Fathers passing, but I was still looking for a house in Twin Falls. I was down there for 6 months but Joss still contacted me and sent me posts every time a new house came on the market. He treated me as if I was still in town. After I returned, he kept after my situation without slowing down, until we found a house I really liked. Joss's chest is not big enough for his heart. It was a pleasure working with him. I consider him a friend for life.

I went through Joss in 2016 to buy a house. Ended in us not being ready to buy a house. Joss was extremely patient with us and made sure we got into a house. When we tried again in 2017, he made sure that we got a home we absolutely loved. He never gave up on us. You definitely don't even see him as a realtor but more of a friend! I highly recommend him to everyone!
