Peaceful home buying process with Teresa
Teresa was very professional and worked quickly with getting us under contract and closing. Her communication style was off the charts as she was able to quickly answer all of our questions and guide us. Teresa was very easy to work with.

Stressfree and pleasant
Teresa was impressive from the first meeting. She was friendly yet professional and courteous. She was very knowledgeable about real estate and understood our needs and worked hard to help us achieve them. She was businesslike yet patient and tactful enough to work with our indecisions and scruples and we never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision to purchase property. In the end she found us the perfect investment property. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

TERESA is a super professional person
Teresa was truly exceptional. I know her some years ago. it is my second time buying a house and I do not hesitate to call her , I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. she always is touch with you , answering your questions, helping in all your documents. It was a no-brainer for me to work with them since I was set on buying my new home and I’m so thankful .

Communication was key
Teresa was a truly helpful and instrumental in the sale of our house. Meeting with her from the beginning and all through the process she was made so easy by the rapid communication even while I traveled out of the country. If you are buying or selling I highly encourage you to allow Teresa and the team to make your sale or purchase seamless.

Couldn’t have done it without Teresa!
We loved working with Teresa! She is incredibly kind, organized, knowledgeable, and timely. Teresa guided us through the build process and gave us some tips and tricks for making the most out of our budget (especially when we weren’t receiving any communications from the builder’s team!), which made the build process much smoother. Along the way, she provided a number of awesome references - from closing agents to insurance companies, Teresa was always looking out for us to get the best bang for our buck! She even helped us work with our builder on the closing logistics while we were out of the country on a trip, which made the closing process so much less stressful. From start to finish, Teresa was an invaluable asset to helping us find and close on our first home. We truly couldn’t have done it without her!
