•Miko Nehman was our realtor for the sale of my Mother's house at 205 Shirley Lane. She was many things - very professional and knowledgeable, knew reputable contractors to take care of/remedy various concerns that arose, i.e. termite treatment, installation of a furnace, bringing a hot water heater tank up to code, confident interfacing with attorneys and providing necessary information, great follow-up on ongoing repairs, paperwork, forms, etc. Because she is so knowledgeable about her business, it provided us with a sense of confidence and comfort that the sale of Mom's house and closing would take place in a timely fashion.
