•I'm very glad I hired Tom to help me with the sale of this home because the buyer was a huge challenge to work with. I got the house under contract quickly with buyers who required that I replace a perfectly functional roof because of it's age. I replaced the roof but the buyers ended up backing out. I got the home under contract at a higher price but they had a LONG LIST of items they needed to be repaired before closing! They even complained after the repairs happened! I was wondering if the sale was even going to happen but with Tom's work, we managed to close on the house. I have bought and sold many homes but I would not have had the wherewithal nor patience to handle this sale on my own. Thanks Tom for your efforts with this home!
