Helped us first-timers through every step of the process! My husband and I found Dave through an online match/referral. We wanted to buy our first house but knew next-to-nothing about real estate. We had an introductory phone call with Dave and he set us up with a home search notification so we could start browsing. Then, he picked us up at our house and drove us around to look at a lot of houses on our first day so we could get a better understanding of what was out there. What we appreciated about Dave right away was how honest he was about homes, neighborhoods, and value. He seemed to always have our best interests in mind, and would tell us right away if a home seemed to be in poor condition or if it wasn't in the best neighborhood, even if we were blinded by the new, modern remodels or other fun features. When we found a home in a neighborhood we loved and decided to put in an offer, he guided us through it. The contract process was long and tricky but Dave was always there to help us. He went out of his way and spent money out of his own pocket to fix a problem with the AC filters in our house when we were getting ready to close. When we discovered a leak and some big issues a few days before closing, he communicated with the seller (which was with Offerpad, an awful experience) and made sure things got done. It was super stressful but he was reassuring. His transaction coordinator Kelly was also extremely helpful and communicative. At closing, he stood up for us and spoke out against some additional paperwork and other stupid things the seller wanted us to do. It was such a great feeling to finally get the keys and move into our new home! The bonus was throughout this process, Dave is just a really awesome guy and easy to get along with and chat with! My husband and I joked that he was like our super cool uncle, like a friend but still someone with a lot of life experience who was watching out for us. Hope to see you again soon Dave!

I have visited Orlando many times as a tourist. However when I decided to make Orlando my home I was at a loss. I did not know the area. Then I talked with Dave and WOW. First he listened to the fact that my move was undetermined and was dependant on the sale of my house in New Hampshire. Then he showed me communities as well as houses so I could feel at home in the area I would choose. Dave was patient and understanding through the whole process. Dave gets the hard parts sorted out where other agents don’t seem to have the drive, focus or knowledge to get the details nailed down. I tend to buy distressed, unconventional properties which are more complex to sort out. Dave always has an answer or gets the right answer from someone he has in his contact list. I have used Dave in over 10 property transactions…If you knew me, you would know that’s saying something about the person I am dealing with. I have very high expectations for the people I work with.

Best Agent Ever Dave went well above and beyond. When our inspection noted several minor issues with our house, and we had already moved out, Dave actually went to Home Depot to buy and install some electrical box covers, he did some touch up painting for us and even ordered a garage door opener on Amazon when our packers accidentally packed them with the rest of our belongings. I've bought and sold several houses over the years and this was the best experience I've ever had. Dave is a real Pro. I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house in the Orlando area.
