I cannot say enough about the amazing service provided by Marlin Bosch. I used Marlin as my real estate agent for both selling my house and for buying my new-construction house. For the house purchase he attended both the pre-drywall inspection as well as the final inspection, and provided valuable insight to myself and to the inspector as well. His comments ensured that several items were addressed by the builder. For the sale of my home, Marlin went above and beyond the call of duty many times. For example, he did a thorough walk-thru of the house before we put it on the market and called out the items that needed to be addressed in order to maximize the sale price and to prevent potential buyer objections. As a result, the house sold in less than 3 weeks! Marlin also handled all the buyers' 4-point inspection issues all by himself, and all issues were addressed within 3 days!
