Through the years we’ve sold and bought a few homes with some experiences good and some not as well. Therefore, we’ve also had our fair share of agents, again some good, and looking back some not. We were in our home for 20+ years, so it was a hard decision on whether we would sell or not. We knew of Janice through friends and acquaintances and knew of her reputation as a good agent that has had a lot of activity in our neighborhood over the years. So, when we first contacted Janice, it was really for advice and was months before we finally listed the home. She gladly answered all our questions and was patient allowing us to process it all in our own time. So, when we were finally ready, Janice, as well as Jan, another agent in her office, were on the spot with information about the market, the potential group of buyers, how to position the property, helped with staging, took care of all the business stuff (professional photography, survey, …..), dealt with buyers and their agent’s requests all quietly in the background while also guiding us all the way through the process. Toni has got to be one of the best realtors anyone could ask for. She was very attentive to our needs and explained in great detail everything we didn't understand to make us more comfortable with the selling of our house. She kept us up to date on every change and made sure we were in agreement of any offer that was given to us.
