Kim understood our goals, and also that we would need some extra assistance since I was listening the property remotely. She was indispensable during the entire process. From getting it listed as quickly as we could following all the paperwork in the courts, to reassuring me that she would make sure the property was maintained during the showing process. And, Finding a buyer that was able to take the property furnished was another huge positive.
