We hired Sheri Hutchinson to sell our elderly Fathers home in Spring 2019. The property was not an easy sell given the fact that the interior was dated and in general need of some TLC. Sheri jumped right in and aggressively marketed the property so that the listing would reach as many potential buyers as possible. She also had several inexpensive ideas on sprucing up the interior to make it more appealing to a wider range of buyers as well as incentives to buy our property instead of a similar home which was for sale at the same time as our home right down the street. She went above and beyond for us and we would gladly hire her again if we needed to sell a property or home.

Sheri listed my house after she did thorough research on all comps in my area . She priced it fair and I had several contracts in 2 days. She guided me through the entire process professionally. She communicated with me frequently and kept me in the loop. She paid close attention to all details. Sheri also assisted me in purchasing my next home. She was extremely patient with me and would meet me at a moments notice to go with me to look at a house I would find that I wanted to see. Sheri helped relieve some of the stress that comes with finding and purchasing a home.

I really and truly can't say enough good things about Sheri! Sheri became a friend of my brother's years ago and he always spoke highly of her. We have wanted to move to this area for many years and every time I talked to my brother he would tell me that he had the perfect person for us to work with. Things worked out that we were finally able to move to Florida and we wanted a specific type of home and thought we would in Mt Dora proper. Sheri worked very hard to find us what we wanted and found many homes in Mt Dora but then found our home in Mt Plymouth. It was exactly what we wanted! We love our home! We have the room we wanted, the land and pool we wanted, and we are in a fabulous community that is a short drive to Mt Dora proper. We could not be happier with our home and Sheri's instincts to show us this home. There is more to buying a home than just finding the house. Sheri guided us through finding the lending company, lawyer, and inspectors we needed to complete the purchase in more than a timely manner. We closed on this home in less than 30 days due to Sheri's fine work. I would more than recommend her and my brother was right, she is a terrific person to work with.
