As a first time home owner I had emotions of everyone else buying their first home, nervous, unsure emotional etc, However Nivia made the process extremely easy for me. Jerry was so patient and supportive during this whole process. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and were actually looking for and made us feel like we were long-time friends, not just clients. When the house we bought came on the market, he immediately notified us. We happened to be out of town so he did a FaceTime call so we could see it. Jerry went above and beyond the duties of all the other realtors. We highly recommend him!
