I found Hannah-Lynn when she was a presenter for a local home buyer seminar. I reached out to her when we needed to sell our home during a very stressful time and with a very short deadline. My house experience was a challenge one of the biggest challenges I’ve ever faced with that being said it not for the weak minded people. When I first started and I got denied I was like dang I tried it again in march sitting in a model home with Scott he said let me call my secret weapon called her she was on maternity leave found this other nice loan officer we got approved I was soooooo happy. I was like thank god. Everything they asked for I did with no hesitation Scott called I called Scott he always was prompt and professional he always communicated with me no matter what. If I had a problem I called Scott he takes care of it from the realtor at Lennar and so on. Tracy from gte called and said my score dropped and they may can’t approve me I called Scott so fast devastated he called his girl that was now off maternity leave she and Scott saved the day now we had some rough patches going to the closing table but I made it and I want to thank Scott for everything he’s such a great guy, very amazing young man. He takes care of his clients and I love that he does that.

Kim Blue has extensive experience and gets results. We so appreciate that she went above and beyond to work tirelessly with our situation. She advised and helped us at every step of the way on making our home ready for sale: decluttering, painting (because it had been ten years), pricing and relocating. She was always in touch by phone and text, keeping us updated on progress and responding to any questions. The results were a quick sale at a good price in a market with declining prices. When we first met with Kristie, she expressed that she had a true passion for helping people find their dream home. And after 2 years of independently looking for the right place, that sounded great to us. Very shortly after we connected with Kristie, she found our “needle in a haystack” and contacted us the moment it hit the market. She was able to get us a showing that morning and drafted a contract for offer the same day. We were very impressed that Kristie not only seemed to listen to what we asked for, but intuitively understood us and our wants/needs. At that time, she began preparing us to have our home put on the market. We loved our current home so dearly and Kristie understood that.
