Scott Bryant and his team are very knowledgeable of the housing market and all of that changes that occurred throughout my process. He was always available for my questions and concerns. He gave me keen advice on different aspects of homebuying and that help me make my decision for my home. I would recommend Scott Bryant to my friends and family and if I ever decide to buy another home in the future I will definitely be using him.

Jacquelyn helped us with every step of buying our first home. She took into consideration everything from our budget to our lifestyle, and helped us find the perfect new build home for us. She even continued to help us through the process months after closing. We are so grateful for her!

I recently had a need to dispose of a property in Florida, while living 1300 miles away. I did not have the option to personally travel south. I asked HOA personnel for information about local realtors who may have had experience in the neighborhood. Joe's name came up, and after some on line and individual research, I contacted Joe. I found he and his associates were well versed in the local market, up to date on offerings and values. He quickly and effectively had the property on the market and seeing traffic. The most important aspect of my relationship with Joe was the amount of communication which he initiated. I was constantly informed of, and received feedback from showings, status and availability of similar units on the market, and general sales activity in the community. I felt I always knew what was going on. Contact with me was not the only communication strength. He consistently stayed involved in the whole process, helping me deal with attorneys, title company, HOA and local contractors when minor issues popped up, or information was needed to be shared. I have been pleasantly surprised at the efficient, timely and professional process Joe put in place. Being so far away I had expected a multitude of road blocks and issues. These were minimized by Joe's aggressive approach to completing the sale, getting me and my family a sale at our asking price.

Was a rough / tough selling experience. I learned working with the VA can bring additional headaches to the process. The house is sold and I'm glad the process is over. Being told things at the very last moment was very nerve wracking.

Jackie is an excellent broker - she went above and beyond for us. She represented us in two real estate transactions and we wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.

Rina was always available to show us homes, that we were interested in. Sending us new homes entering the market daily was exciting . Keeping us in our price range and target area made our home shopping easy. We were able to find a beautiful home in an area we hadn't looked. We are extremely happy with our new home. On selling our home . Rina had an open house and had beautiful pictures taken and posted for us. We were able to receive a full price offer in a few days. I highly recommend Rina as a realtor.
