It was liking having an extra (and very helpful!) friend in town. But Eric was also very knowledgeable and informative about the process as well - for example, the real estate market was in flux in summer 2024, when we were selling, and we had a lengthy conversation about the implications of that which was super helpful and fully focused on what our interests were, even to the (possible) disadvantage of Eric himself.
