With our initial meeting with Sheree and working through the marketing of our home, we felt she understood our needs and explained what to expect. From the beginning of signing the contract she was in communication with us and was always reassuring and addressed any and all questions or concerns we had! We always knew that if she was tied up no matter what time of day she ALWAYS got back to us! Her professionalism and respect for the homeowner was always present but was friendly and personal as well! An offer was made within 4 days of the contract. This part of selling could have been more difficult but she helped relieve any doubt that arose! Having her arrange the closing to be done at our home made things much easier!
