I was pleased to meet her in person and she proved to be very professional and reliable. Although, my purchase did not come through .. I was impressed with her service. She is very thorough with following through with every phone call, email and texts. Always available and willing to accommodate her clients. I highly recommend her!

I engaged Kat after a less than successful engagement with a friend/agent. I needed to sell a flip home as soon as possible due to mounting carrying costs and the need to free up cash for the next flip.
