Denise is super knowledgeable of the market. She truly listened to what we said and found us just that! We were looking for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house. Some of the features we wanted in our new home were the vinyl plank floor throughout the house, big windows for good natural lighting, tall ceilings ideally, white walls, and white cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. From a sales experience, we sincerely appreciate that Scott is not a high-pressure sales type. He approached our purchase as an investment that takes some time to research and acquire and would resolve when its time is due. He set us up for success by providing access to the MLS website so we could personally browse though listings, something that was very important to us. We ultimately found a house that was not only better from a structural standpoint, plus the neighborhood (Carrollwood Village) is immensely more to our liking with lots of shopping and dining within easy walking / biking distance. I think it's fair to say Scott is pretty unflappable, he truly listens and then has the knowledge - or acquires the knowledge - to make things happen. Every deal has its unique nuances and problems, and Scott always approached these areas with a positive attitude and solid resolution. I have purchased several homes, but this is the first time that I was purchasing a home in Florida while traveling back and forth between California and Georgia on business.
