You listed and sold my home in 4 hours! With 7 back up contracts! All way above asking price. Absolutely AMAZING. Now to find me my forever home. Offer after offer in this crazy market. Because of you and your expert knowledge of escalation clauses and back up offers we scored the perfect property. A diamond in the rough. And you made it happen... We found it.... my forever home! It took a while and we had to move a few mountains, but it’s because of you I got this house. Back up contracts and escalation clauses were key. I will be forever grateful. Your professionalism, knowledge, patience and just an all around great person made it all worthwhile. But most importantly you are a great friend. Now for the real fun. Renovations in progress And moving is scheduled once it’s all done. Simply amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are simply the best!

Eric Wilson and his entire team are on top of the ball! I have never experienced the level of service I received from the Wilson group. Eric is not a one-man operation, he has the best support staff, and they are at your disposal. Usually, you get an agent that works you into their day, not with this team, you are their day. I will recommend them each and every time I'm asked.

This was 4th real estate transaction with Amelia, and every time it has been a pleasure to work with her, and to watch her career grow in Central Florida. Whether buying or selling, Amelia puts people first and is fiercely loyal and protective of her clients. She is professional, honest, and tells you like it is. Highly recommended for your first time or multiple time real estate needs.

Amelia was as great a realtor as a person could ask for. She was super patient with me looking through many houses as well as super knowledgeable. On top of all that she was honest on which houses were a good deal and which ones were not. Will definitely use her in the future for all my realty needs!

Our experience with Jaime was spectacular and it continues like this because even though we already have our house, if we still need some advice or have any questions or problems, he is always ready to help us solve them. He is very diligent and committed to his work. We have even referred him to some friends and so far, they feel the same as us.
