We have used Stacy Dillard for 3 home transactions in the Greater Tampa area, and I am convinced she is the best realtor you'll ever find (nationwide). She goes above and beyond in every way imaginable, not just having a strength in one area. Investment analysis/ROI, knowledge of the area, market knowledge, expertise with neighborhood-specific considerations such as CDD's, HOA's, custom build considerations, superior communication/organization/follow-up/record-keeping, etc, etc. You'll have every possible question answered, and in a timely manner. She remembers things that you forget, and follows up on them before you even ask again. My husband and I are both very analytical and always wish to deal with people on our same plane of thinking. It is rare to find, but Stacy blows both of us away every time we work with her - and she has already covered bases we didn't even think about. This true gem of a person, professional, and real estate agent will add more value to your purchase or sale than you could imagine. She is a consummate professional who never stops working for you. Bottom line: Just use Stacy Dillard!

Awesome!! Goes above and beyond for her clients!! I can’t say enough great things about Lani and all the help she gave us in the sale of the home. She literally worked with me on a daily basis trying to find a new home for me. Because I don’t have transportation she would drive me around to locate what would be my new home.
