It was a pleasure working with Ryan Yamini. We interviewed several realtors before listing our home. Ryan was hands down the most professional and honest. He didn't pressure us at all. He got top dollar for our home and made the process of selling our home very smooth. I would highly recommend Ryan!!!!!

Ryan was awesome. We were buying and selling at the same time. Stressful to say the least and I was nervous we were asking too much for our house as I wanted a quick sale. Ryan got us more than I expected for our home and we sold in three weeks (prior to COVID). He got us into our dream home and was always accessible, calm, and level headed (when I wasn’t). I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy, sell, or both (like we did)! At closing, he arrived with a beautiful cake which was a replica of the new home we were purchasing. I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and highly recommend him!

Ryan talked us through selling and buying every step of the way. In this market it was incredibly helpful to have someone with such extensive knowledge and patience. I will definitely recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Katie blindly took my call at 8:00 on a Sunday morning and was at a prospective house by 11:00 am so we could see it, no hesitation for a total stranger! Fortunately through her many viable connections Katie was able to get us into the house we wanted during a time when the homes on the market were available for only a day or two, we were fortunate Katie has the positive reputation that she does, and that she works around the clock to make her clients happy! The next move will definitely have Katie at the helm, she is all around awesome!

She answered all of our questions through out the process. Answered her phone any time of day. We highly recommend Jasmine to everyone!!
