Lani was a Godsend! We were new to the Orlando market and knew very little except a radius we needed to be in. Lani helped us every step of the way. She kept within our price range, and helped guide us through the 3 offers we made. She helped us avoid some pretty big issues (there was an undisclosed sinkhole in one of our “accepted offer” properties) and on more than one occasion, she went out and previewed a property for us when time was short and we couldn’t go with her. Lani didn’t blink when we changed our mind on a property in the middle of an offer negotiation. She guided us through the offer on our final property purchase so that we won the bid even though we were up against a full price cash offer. Her upbeat, happy personality and “can-do” attitude make her a joy to work with. She has an exceedingly strong work ethic. She always answered our texts or call immediately. I particularly appreciated her patience as she guided us through the lending process with our situation and unusual needs. We are beyond grateful for her partnership in this process and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Liliana got us way more than we were expecting. Suggested listing higher than we’d planned after running comps and we still sold over asking.
