Sean made our house buying experience pleasurable, calm, fun and easy. I’ve always heard horror stories about buying a home but Sean was incredible. His knowledge and expertise on the housing market made us feel confident about every decision. He made us feel comfortable to ask questions (I probably asked him thousands) and answered every one in a way that I now feel like an expert on home buying and real estate, when starting I didn’t even know what escrow was. I don’t know what we would have done without Sean. Sean’s communication was and is top notch. He answered every call/text/email within minutes and he was always happy to help with anything (no matter what time of day). Denise did an excellent job helping us sell our home. While the price was lower than what we wanted, she really drove the buyer to get his price up. She did an excellent job with her suggestions on how to clean up the house in a way that would be attractive to buyers. She was also very helpful In maintaining the house for the eight months it was on the market as we were in Chicago during this process.

In my opinion, Denice is the best in South Florida. She was very involved in every stage of our transaction. Her on location guidance as to staging and advising us on what would help sell our home and what not to do.No matter what, she was just a phone call away should we need to contact her.
