Sean made our house buying experience pleasurable, calm, fun and easy. I’ve always heard horror stories about buying a home but Sean was incredible. Denise did an excellent job helping us sell our home. While the price was lower than what we wanted, she really drove the buyer to get his price up. She did an excellent job with her suggestions on how to clean up the house in a way that would be attractive to buyers. She was also very helpful In maintaining the house for the eight months it was on the market as we were in Chicago during this process.
