Tim began his real estate career in 2000 with Brooks Realty Advisory Group specializing in the land and ranch industry. In 2003, he obtained his Arizona Brokers license and then was appointed designated broker for Brooks Realty and Advisory Group. In 2004, he ventured out on his own and founded DCD Realty, Inc. In 2007, he was elected to the board of directors for the Kingman/Golden Valley Board of Realtors. DCD Realty Inc grew to have 8 offices and over 85 salespeople and staff.
In 2008 Prudential Northern Arizona bought DCD Realty. Since 2008, he has continued to sell and manage all types of real estate ventures here in Arizona and has sold over 100 million dollars in real estate since becoming a Broker. He managed various projects since starting his career which include: Stagecoach Trails 40 acre ranch project, Hidden Springs 40 acre ranch project east of Kingman Arizona, Mountain Vista Ranches 40 acre ranch project in Kingman Arizona, Eagle Springs 40 acre ranch project east of Kingman Arizona, Greenwood Village 5 acre ranch project east of Kingman Arizona, Pravada Housing Development in Golden Valley Arizona, Castlerock Village "A Gated Housing Development” in Kingman Arizona, Sunwest and Paradise Acres, a one acre land project in Golden Valley Arizona.
In 2018, my wife, Dana Holley joined me in Real Estate. We are a team that covers most of Mohave and La Paz counties. We do Residential, Commercial, land, consulting & development.
Our latest successful development is Desert Skies II in Yucca, AZ. It is a 54-lot subdivision consisting of 4+ acre parcels. We worked with the developer for acquisition of the raw land, survey, public report, development of three community wells, Model home construction, pulling power and install of wastewater treatment facilities. We were the broker for all marketing and sales. That project has sold out and the residents are building their homesteads.
Dana and I have 5 children and enjoy our RV (our office on wheels). Our hobbies include fishing, camping, hunting, boating, hiking and enjoy traveling the beautiful countryside of Arizona. We also enjoy football, baseball, drag racing and Nascar.
