We bought our first house with Chris and we are very lucky to have had him as our agent. He is patient and trustworthy, extremely professional and knowledgeable, and a strong negotiator. We searched for the right house for almost two years and never once we felt rushed by Chris. He showed us at lot of houses, and was always available for a showing within a very small time frame. Additionally, as the first-time buyers we required a lot of hand-holding which Chris consistently provided. He answered all our questions, gave contacts of the contractors and service companies, and explained legal procedures. Chris is very knowledgeable about the local market (showed us some houses that weren’t on the market yet) and about house construction. He always gave us honest assessments and insightful analysis of the house value, pointed out potential problems and assets that, having no experience, we would never be able to see ourselves. During the bidding Chris proved himself as a strong negotiator and helped our offer go through. He walked us through our options before we presented the offer to the sellers and kept us updated during he negotiations. Finally, Chris has a very pleasant personality and we even felt sad when we bought the house as that meant we won’t get to see him all the time anymore. We strongly recommend Chris to all potential buyers as someone who’ll have your best interest at heart and will do everything in his power to find the right house for you.

Kate was incredible from beginning to end. She contacted me very quickly once I submitted a general request for information about a specific rental property - even over the holidays! She offered to pull other matches for our search, and asked for specific guiding information. She was very flexible with scheduling viewing appointments, and offered a lot of tips like try not to view more than four properties on a single day, and try not to view all of the listings online at once, in order to not get overwhelmed, which was very sound advice. However, she knew that we were on a time crunch to leave our previous rental because our lease had been bought out by the new management company, and she was available in in contact with us at all times. She was very communicative with landlords and management companies, and got us answers to all of our questions far faster than we would have been able to do on our own. In short, Kate was amazing. She was kind, prompt, and very helpful. We will absolutely be recommending her and the Szabo Group to any and all of our friends looking to buy, sell, or rent property, and we will be contacting Kate again in the future.
