I’m not easy to work with. I need all i’s dotted and t’s crossed and need to be informed of activity. Deana’s professionalism put me at ease very quickly and over asking. From the first random phone call to 7 different agents, Deana was first to respond, (3 never responded), she did everything she said she would do and it resulted in a very quick sale. Even though there were significant bumps with the buyer’s lender in getting to the closing table Deana kept cool, and amazingly kept me cool when my patience was really tested. More importantly she stayed ahead of everything at the bumpy end of this process, as well as everything else throughout; including the follow up, pricing comps, improvements, inspections; you name it she was on it.
