When mom and I decided to move from Chicago to central Florida, quite honestly we had no idea where do start. Do we fly down, find a real estate agent, and start showing up at various homes that where on the market? That wasn't feasible, as I was currently working and I didn't see various commutes back-and-forth in my future. So mom and I reviewed various real estate websites and narrowed down our locations to a few select few. Despite our distance, Robert was able to put everything together to my satisfaction and a deal was soon made. Crazy as it was in that I never stepped foot on the property, Robert painted an accurate version of what the property entailed, to include the neighborhood, school, local shopping, restaurants, medical centers, etc., which was very beneficial. He went beyond my expectations regarding constant communication, regards to accessing the information I requested, and even those I hadn't considered. All the bases were covered and I'm now a happy Floridian resident. Working with Robert was a wonderful experience. I told him what I had for a down payment and where I wanted be with my mortgage. He suggested that I up my price rage I was looking at. Cautiously I did... I did not want to get my hopes to high. Robert was not only able to get me the house I choose he negotiated me a great price. He also took care of all the other aspects like a mortgage broker, made sure I had the inspector and even an extra inspector to check the pool. He took the daunting task of buying my first house alone and made it fun and effortless. I will be recommending him to any of my friends and family looking to a home.

To tell you the truth, there are so many Realtors out there to choose from BUT Robert is exceptional. Robert was as real as it gets, he was honest, outspoken and worked my deal to perfection. Extremely knowledgeable, followed the market trends, he did his homework and went above and beyond for my family and I. Most realtors will do anything to close a deal, and I understand that completely. However when a realtor says, " This is the best they will counter and if you're not 100% comfortable, walk away...we will find you something that you are completely comfortable with." I ask you, WHO DOES THIS? He really does care about his clients wore than the quick buck. When people say, " I am here for you." it kind of puts you on your guard...it did me...BUT he did everything he said he would do and way more. After the closing he gave me some of his AWARD WINNING BBQ as he is a master BBQ'er. He was almost as good as his BBQ! hahaha....but I have to say...the ribs beat him out! haha....Anyhow, thank you Robert, you're a phenomenal realtor, thank you for everything and our new found friendship.
