Steve has deep knowledge of the real estate market in Central Florida. He helped us with suggestions to get the house in top shape prior to put it on the market. He kept us updated during the whole sale process and making sure all details were covered culminating in a successful and satisfactory closing. He is an honest, hardworking and reliable professional and we could not have done it without his help.

Steve listed my moms house for me after her passing. He was incredibly helpful even suggesting donation services that would pick up. The house was under contract in less than 12 hours.

Amy supported us as manager for our property in Auburndale for nine years, she was very attentive and available to help us as landlords and our tenants as well. Organizing repairs, keeping on tops of the multiple issues and the occasional 'challenging' situations that we all face in renting real estate. We have sold our units and the tenants were saddened to learn that she would no longer be managing the properties. We would recommend Amy to anyone looking for a property manager.

Steve was very professional in handling the sale of our Florida home while we were living in another state. He paid attention to details when pricing our home, was very courteous and helpful, and was available to answer our questions whenever we called. He was also very knowledgeable about laws in our FL county. We would highly recommend him and would certainly use him again as our realtor.

Every time we went to look at a new house she was prepared with good insight into each house and answered every question we had. She treated us like family and helped us get into our first home!
